Young breast cancer communities around the world deserve more. It starts with a safe space to share your experiences.  Project 528 is the first and only comprehensive global survey to identify and understand the most pressing needs of young people diagnosed with breast cancer – to change the experiences you share with each other, with your caregivers, and from your healthcare providers. Take the survey today.

Become an Ambassador

Ambassadors serve as liaisons between their country or region and Project 528. You will help distribute the Project 528 survey to patient organizations, hospitals, healthcare centers, providers and young women with breast cancer.

As an Ambassador, you will:

  • Attend a kickoff meeting to learn about the tools and resources available to assist in your role.
  • Participate in individual or small group check-ins with Project 528 staff throughout the duration of the project.
  • Connect with other global Ambassadors in a private online group to ask questions, share strategies, and celebrate successes.
